Our company is engaged in the production of innovative equipment for natural ventilation made of ABS plastic. Created in February 2018, sales start in November 2019. Prior to the creation of the Nanoturbodeflector company, our engineers had been engaged in the production of metal turbodeflectors for several years at the largest enterprise in Russia in this niche. Throughout the entire period of work there, they faced many problems in the production and further operation of metal turbodefectors. The main disadvantages were unbalancing, heavy weight and an open design, which caused the turbine and bearings to wear out quickly. There were also constant problems with a lot of defects in manufacturing, metal oxidation, rapid deformation of the turbine during impacts during transportation, installation and further work.Trying to solve all these problems, our engineers came to the conclusion that it is impossible to do this in metal, another material is needed to obtain the required characteristics. By analyzing the market of various plastics, ABS plastic of the highest grade was selected, WEATHER-resistant, UV-stabilized, which is able to withstand any weather conditions and which does not burst or deform from drilling, falls and impacts. At the same time, its service life is guaranteed to be more than ten years. All these parameters have been successfully verified by the accredited independent laboratory "Kipsal".Thus, we have created an innovative product - a Nanodeflector, which has no analogues in the world today. It is more productive than other turbodefectors, works silently and starts rotating with a wind force of 1 m/s.We also continue to produce new innovative components of a ventilation system that works without electricity costs.
